My job is to help you:

  • assess your current health condition and identify the areas where you have the greatest need for improvement
  • develop goals related to your health and happiness and work through a plan that will allow you to achieve success
  • transition from a standard American diet to whole foods eating, or fine tune your healthy eating to identify those foods and meals that suit your body best.
  • develop a new consciousness about caring for yourself and maintaining a good balance in all areas of your life
